What’s the WANBON MACHINERY WBG series Overwrapping Machine ?

WBG series transparent film overwrapping machine is a mechatronics product. The main working process of this machine is to supply the packaged goods with conveyor belt, and complete the packaging process through a series of actions such as film feeding, folding, forming and heat sealing.

This machine is mainly suitable for the inner and outer packaging of tobacco, medicine, food and other industries. Main components of equipment

Transparent film cutting mechanism

The tool rest is the main moving part of the mechanism, and it is powered by the spindle or stepping motor. Including moving knife, moving knife rest, fixed knife rest, fixed knife rest, film guide and other parts.

Lifting component

The lifting part is mainly composed of cam and linkage mechanism, with simple and compact structure and small occupied space, which can accurately realize the required motion law. As shown in Figure 3, the motor drives the cam to rotate, and the connecting rod completes the lifting linear movement of the lifting plate, thus completing the lifting action of the packaged products.

Bottom and side folding part

The bottom and side folding parts are shown in Figure 4, using planar servo motors and synchronised for reciprocating motion, with low friction to transmit larger power. The starting position and speed of the stroke can be adjusted by parameters, which is easy to debug and assemble.

Working principle of cellophane wrapping equipment 

This machine drives the input belt by a separate motor to convey the package in place.

The roller transparent film installed on the bracket is guided by the film guide roller and pulled by the traction roller, cut by the rotary film cutter, and delivered to the proper position.

Supported by the lifting plate of the package, the package is pressed against the transparent film just in time to form a “π”-shaped package. The lifting plate lifts the package to the highest point, and the upper and lower moving plates complete the bottom folding and side folding, and push the package into the forming channel.

Heat sealing is carried out by the bottom heating block and the left and right heating blocks of the package, and then the whole packaging process is completed.
